Fast Track Program
This program is for those who are interested in receiving coaching in a more flexible manor. This program will be provided with the tools and techniques to help you jump start your health. In this program you will learn the steps to conquering your cravings, increasing your energy and losing weight naturally.
- This four-week program is pre-designed to allow you to experience my coaching style and begin to take small steps to get your health on track.
- Each week you will receive a 15-20 page workbook guiding you towards making positive steps for your health. At the end of each week you will e-mail me any thoughts, concerns or questions that you have; you will receive one detailed e-mail response from me each week.
- You’ll experience what it’s like to work one-on-one with a health coach, through a smaller and less personalized program. This program is also great for those who are unsure of which program that they would like to do best.
